Protocols

HTTP#

Our documentation provides examples demonstrating how to connect to ByteZero ISP Proxies via the HTTP protocol. This protocol is broadly supported by a variety of libraries and third-party tools.

HTTPS#

For an added layer of security, you can connect using the HTTPS protocol. Simply prepend https:// to the ByteZero endpoint. For example:

SOCKS5#

ByteZero ISP Proxies also support both TCP and UDP connections over the SOCKS5 protocol. To use SOCKS5, add socks5h:// to your proxy entry point. For example:
